A brand new project for the new national Georgian lottery – Lotto.ge This time we’ve decided to address skeptics and nonbelievers, those who don’t believe in luck or miracles. What we want to tell them is simple – there’s no way you can win, unless you play. Main character of the launch campaign is a city pigeon, who as we all know, is capable to “bring a good luck” to people – all they have to do is to buy a lottery ticket. In the TVC Mr. Pigeon discusses his very important and serious profession – giving signs to humans. Sadly, humans overreact and instead of getting happy and buying a lottery ticket get irritated and angry. We’ve done a few other things within the campaign – we’ve spread the colorful dove poops around the car windows and hijacked all kinds of “numbers” in the city, adding the sign that says “this could be your lucky number” – people tend to use dates of birth, their phone, home numbers while choosing the winning combination for the lottery ticket, so this might be helpful.

Europe-bet is a leading online gaming company in Georgia. It’s a platform where everyone can find to have fun. To create a strong connection between the brand and its new face – Andrea Pirlo, we dug deep into the history of the famous Italian football player and found that Andrea is one of the few people who plays not just to win, but mostly to enjoy.
One of the best examples of his daring and enjoying the game at the most decisive moments is the Panenka-style penalty kick performed by Andrea many times in his career, most notably in the quarter-final of Euro 2012. That’s what inspired us. We used “Panenka trajectory” to visually emphasize the idea of enjoyment.
Andrea was not the only star in the video – basically every character is a successful and well-known sportsman. Our personal favorite is of course Nikoloz Basilashvil – a famous Georgian tennis player.
The production team was also star-studded: we’ve invited french director Julien Zenier, who previously worked with Ronaldo, Djokovich and other celebrities. Visually stunning shots are courtesy of the Australian director of photography, Adric Watson.
